"I have used this company a few times now and I couldn’t be happier with the results. They washed the siding and my house looks brand new. The painters were meticulous. I was so worried about the mess and they surprised me, super clean and organized team. I highly recommend "
-Daiana Y.
"My primary bathroom needed an overhaul, with a leak in our shower pipes. Cezar worked well with my contractor, coming over to assess the job and scheduled his team to come in between the tilers and the electricians...The job was done within a few days, and Cezar was attentive throughout and clearly cares that his crew doing good quality work and his customers are satisfied. We will be hiring them for more jobs soon!"

Replacement Windows or Full-Frame Construction Windows
When replacing windows, homeowners generally choose between two types of replacement windows: insert replacement windows and full-frame replacement, which is similar to installing new construction windows. The best option depends on the condition of your existing window frames and your project goals.
Replacement Windows (Insert or Pocket Replacement)
Insert replacement windows are designed to fit directly into an existing window frame. This method is suitable when the current window frame, sill, and jamb are structurally sound, square, and free of rot or damage.
Process: The old window sashes are removed, but the original frame is left in place. The new window unit is then inserted into this existing frame.
Advantages: This process is quicker, less invasive, and generally more affordable because it involves less labor and materials. It also preserves the original interior and exterior trim around the window.
Disadvantages: Because the new window fits inside the old frame, there is a slight reduction in the visible glass area. This method is also only as good as the existing frame; if the old frame has air leaks, the new window's efficiency will be compromised.
Full-Frame Replacement (New Construction Windows)
Full-frame replacement involves removing the entire window, including the original frame, down to the rough opening and studs. A new construction-style window, complete with a new frame and nailing fin, is then installed. The nailing fin is a flange around the perimeter that allows the window to be nailed directly to the sheathing, creating a superior weather-tight seal.
Process: This is a more extensive process that requires removing interior and exterior trim and sometimes cutting back siding to expose the studs. After the new window is installed and sealed, the trim and siding are replaced.
Advantages: This method allows you to address any rot, water damage, or structural issues in the wall around the window. It provides the best possible seal against air and water infiltration, maximizing energy efficiency. You also have complete flexibility to change the size or style of the window
Disadvantages: Full-frame replacement is more complex, time-consuming, and disruptive. The labor costs are significantly higher—often 50% to 100% more than for an insert replacement—making it a more expensive project overall.
Comparison: Replacement vs. Full-Frame
| Feature | Replacement Windows (Insert) | Full-Frame Replacement (New Construction) |
| Installation | Faster and less invasive; fits into the existing window frame. | More complex and time-consuming; removes the entire frame down to the studs |
| Cost | More affordable due to lower labor and material costs | Higher overall cost, with labor being 50%–100% more expensive |
| Frame Condition | Requires existing frame to be in good, sound condition | Ideal for when existing frames are rotted, damaged, or out-of-square |
| Design Flexibility | Limited to the size and shape of the existing opening | Complete freedom to change the window's size and shape |
| Energy Efficiency | Efficiency is limited by the condition of the existing frame | Provides a superior, weather-tight seal for maximum energy efficiency |
| Best For | Upgrading windows with sound frames; budget-conscious projects | Major renovations, correcting structural issues, or when changing window size |
